US Neurology Associates is guided by two visionary leaders who bring unparalleled expertise in healthcare innovation and practice transformation:

Nitin Jain has extensive experience in healthcare services and specialty physician organizations. Most recently, he served as President of Value Based Care at U.S. Renal Care, where he partnered with nephrologists to lead the transformation of the kidney disease industry into risk-based care delivery. Before that, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Specialized Markets at Centene Corporation (NYSE: CNC). Earlier in his career, Mr. Jain served as an executive with Cancer Treatment Centers of America as well as U.S. Oncology, where he helped diversify into new adjacent businesses, leading up to its sale to McKesson Corporation (NYSE: MCK). A graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Mr. Jain is dedicated to advancing growth and innovation in healthcare.

Brad Hively brings over 25 years of experience promoting personal and professional growth among physicians. Most recently, as CEO of The Oncology Institute (NASDAQ: TOI), he led TOI through significant growth, resulting in a successful go-public process in 2021, achieving a market capitalization of $1 billion. He has also held leadership roles at Unio Health Partners, Health Essentials, and Heritage Provider Network. Earlier in his career, he worked as an investor at several prominent healthcare investment firms. Mr. Hively earned his M.B.A. from Stanford University and his B.A. from UCLA.
